I also want to encourage you to speak up if you have any questions or concerns. You can speak with your supervisor or with another Dover resource, such as those who are discussed in our Code. We will treat reports of suspected improper behavior confidentially to the fullest extent possible, and prohibit retaliation against those who report suspected misconduct in good faith.
I urge you to read the Code and commit to it, just as I have done. We all have a responsibility to uphold our ethical culture and valued reputation. That has made Dover the company it is today and will help us be the company we want to be in the future.
